Mike helped my family buy a home  and he went so far above and beyond my expectations he made me a client for life. My wife and I were looking a buy a home large enough for us and our 3 kids on a single income (teachers) salary. Mike helped us search out values and showed us 30+ properties from as far as Southbury to Essex at the drop of a hat. While we couldn't afford most of the bidding wars we found ourselves in Mike stuck with us and never waivered. Eventually Mike showed us a property that fit out budget, meet our high standards for schools, and had enough room for the family. We couldn't be happier, and honestly we feel we have Mike to thank. Mike has been in the real estate business for decades and his experience is amazing. With my parents moving back into the area shortly I know Mike will be a great resource to help them navigate the market. I am a real estate investor, I hired Mike to market a condo project I was involved in. The condo complex was new construction so there was nothing to show buyers but dirt and the plans for the units. The town the units were in has only 4,000 people so Mike had the challenge of new construction and a small market. Mike had 6 units sold before we broke ground and 4 soon after that. He is a true professional as new construction is very challenging and keeping the transactions together through the construction period presents another group of problems.
